Parminder founded VGC Partners in 2011 and the first investments the firm made were on a deal-by-deal basis, building a track record of successful investments and exits, which have included the sale of Super Awesome to Epic Games and Iconic Images to Authentic Brands Group.
In 2019 the firm closed VGC Partners Fund I, a growth capital fund which has backed some high-growth businesses such as Kick Game, Percival, Sproud and Novel.
Parminder attended Rutgers University in New Jersey before graduating with a BA in Management Studies from the University of Leeds. He also holds an MBA from London Business School.
