Dan Adasonla

Dan specialises in M&A and the appraisal of investment opportunities. He started his career at Alvarez & Marsal, working on M&A diligence and transaction structuring for private equity clients, before moving into mid-market M&A investment banking within the media sector.

He holds a BSc in Accounting & Finance from the University of Birmingham and is a chartered accountant and tax adviser.
